It has healthy blend of academicians, policy makers, administrators and managers to deliver the knowledge, skills and realities of the corporate world. They are well qualified with the requisite academic, research and industrial exposure. With an ideal mix of core and visiting faculty, DCM gives the benefit of a strong research base and international exposure to students
• DCM provides avenues to the faculty to keep abreast of the new developments through participation in faculty development programmes, seminars and conferences. Faculty Members are encouraged to further enhance their qualifications, writing and publishing research papers, undertaking research projects from the industry and pursue Ph.D.
• Most importantly, DCM’s Faculty Members are extremely student-oriented.
